Brett has worked in construction since the late 1980s, starting as a journeyman glazier. He earned a B.S. in Architectural Design from Portland State University and ran his own design firm, Leibbrandt Design, drawing plans for homes and commercial spaces in Portland and Boston. In 2012 he moved into electrical work, earning his Oregon journeyman license in 2016 and his Washington license in 2023. He has worked on everything from high-end home renovations to cleanroom and lab projects at Intel. Because he understands design as well as wiring, he catches problems before they cost you money.
